A 126 m² flat on the ninth floor of a 2008 block. The oak wall runs from the front door to the bedroom and swallows a desk, the wardrobes and the air-conditioning ducts. Everything else is left empty.
The joinery was built by a workshop in Binh Duong from our 1:5 drawings and fitted in 9 days. Walls are finished in lime render mixed with red earth, which holds humidity steadier than emulsion paint.
